Wine & Dine at the beautiful Hudson’s Bar and Grill and help raise funds for the Clark County Food Bank! Hudson’s, located at the Heathman Lodge, is hosting a one-night only five-course dinner with 100% of profits going to the Clark County Food Bank.

When: Sunday, April 22nd 4:00pm-7:00pm

Price: $75 (100% of profits will be donated to the Clark County Food Bank!)

Donations: Please consider adding a $20 contribution to this cause.

First Course
Corn soup, Dungeness crab Guajillo oil

Second Course
Halibut adobo, pineapple sauce, cilantro oil

Third Course
Coffee crusted venison loin, banana scented cream, port wine sauce

Fourth Course
Pan seared scallops, sweet pea puree, bacon oil and chervil

Fifth Course
Spiced Riesling poached pear with hazelnut brittle
