HDSCBA Member Business Bridge Chiropractic recently updated their community on clinic access and rules associated with the availability of chiropractic care.

The following is a release from Bridge Chiropractic, as provided to the Hazel Dell/Salmon Creek Business Association.

We want you to know, your safety and health is our #1 priority.

We’d like you to know, chiropractic clinics are considered essential access and important to not only help you but also to help minimize the amount of people presenting to the medical facilities with musculoskeletal conditions. This will help alleviate the pressure on the medial system to give max attention to those who are in desperate need.

Continue to get your adjustments!

When it comes to your immune system, your nervous system is the master control system. Spinal position and function is a cornerstone to your adaptability and performance.

In addition to chiropractic you should be:

  1. Getting good amounts of sleep.
  2. Minimizing your stress.
  3. Drinking plenty of water. (1/2 your body weight in oz approximately)
  4. Exercise Regularly
  5. Minimize Sugar (eat nutrient-dense food from the earth)
  6. Adding Supplements to your routine.

There are several supplements that have been proven to support a healthy immune system. These are great to take now, but also during a typical winter season when there is an increased susceptibility to cold and flu viruses.

Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 (5000 IU/day and more when feeling sick), Zinc, Selenium, Elderberry extract, Probiotic.

We are taking necessary precautions in the office to keep the office environment clean and safe-using hand sanitizer, washing hands, disinfecting pens, counters, doorknobs, work surfaces, and tables regularly.

Please do your part. If you are experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, fatigue) stay home to help prevent anyone else from potential exposure.

Yours in health,

Dr. Paul & Your Bridge Team
