The Parade of Bands is back again celebrating its 51st anniversary. The parade will be held on Saturday, May 16th at 10:30 am. This year’s theme will be “Wild, Wild West” led by Grand Marshal Retired Clark County Sheriff Garry Lucas.
Registration forms for this year’s parade are available now on the Hazel Dell/Salmon Creek Business Association’s website, or at the following locations:
· Clark County Fire District 6, 8800 NE Hazel Dell Ave.
· Clark County Sheriff’s West Precinct, 505 NW 179th St., Ridgefield
· Riverview Community Bank, Hazel Dell & Salmon Creek Locations
Completed registration forms must be returned to Fire District 6 headquarters, 8800 NE Hazel Dell Avenue, by May 8th. Late entries will not be accepted. Line-up in the parade is based partially on when registration forms are received. Please refer to the parade registration packet for additional registration information.
The Lion’s Club will also proudly be hosting their annual Pancake Breakfast the morning of the Parade from 7 am – 10 am at Station 61 in Hazel Dell. Tickets are available at the event; $6.50 adults, $5.50 for seniors and children, children under 5 free.
